General Conduct & Immersion
1.1 Value of Life (VOl)
Your character must value their life above all else. If you are held at gunpoint by multiple armed individuals or placed in an inescapable fatal situation, you must comply with reasonable demands. Acting recklessly or "heroically" when outgunned violates basic immersion.
1.2 Metagaming & Stream Sniping
Using outside information (Discord chats, live streams, secondary communications) to gain an unfair advantage in-game is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent removal.
1.3 Random Deathmatch (RDM) & Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Attacking, robbing, or killing another player or police officer without a valid roleplay reason and meaningful verbal initiation is forbidden. Vehicles must not be used as weapons.
Character Life & Fear RP (NLR)
2.1 New Life Rule (NLR)
When your character is downed and sent to the hospital or respawns, you experience complete memory loss regarding the events leading up to your death. You cannot return to the scene of your death for a minimum of 30 minutes, nor can you seek immediate revenge against your killers.
2.2 Fear RP Standards
If outnumbered or placed in extreme jeopardy (e.g., staring down multiple gun barrels or trapped in a burning vehicle), your character must exhibit genuine fear and compliance rather than attempting to fight back or stall.
Crime & Gang Regulations
3.1 Hostage & Robbery Limits
Major heists and store robberies require balanced police-to-crim ratios and strict hostage limits (Maximum 2 hostages for standard stores, 4 for major heists). Hostages must be actual civilians or active roleplayers, never pre-arranged accomplices.
3.2 Turf Wars & Escalation
Gang conflicts and turf takeovers require progressive verbal warnings and storytelling escalation. Random drive-bys or camping rival territory without narrative justification is prohibited.
Streamer & Content Guidelines
4.1 Copyright & Audio Safety
Streamers are responsible for their own audio output on platforms like Twitch/YouTube. Ensure in-game boomboxes and music tools respect DMCA guidelines or use safe audio toggles provided in the city.
4.2 OOC Toxicity & Stream Chat
Content creators must moderate their community chats to prevent brigade harassment or toxic behavior directed at other players involved in roleplay disputes. In-game arguments stay in character.
